Hari wins a best student paper award from the 54th MRS Electronic Materials Conference!

Hari wins a best student paper award from the 54th MRS Electronic Materials Conference! Hari's paper "Thermal Annealing Induced Optical Quality Enhancement in GaSb-Based Dilute-Nitrides" was one of three papers selected out of approximately 160. The award will be presented at the EMC Meeting in Notre Dame in June 2013. Great job Hari!
