Fernando is an undergraduate at the University of Texas at El Paso expecting to graduate with a BS in Electrical Engineering in May 2017. He was a Summer 2015 REU student through the NASCENT program researching membrane liftoff and transfer. He had an internship at Texas Instruments in Summer 2016.
