Andrew started as a MRSEC undergraduate researcher in 2018 studying B-III-V alloys. He joined the group as a Ph.D. student studying infrared photodetectors. Specifically, he focused on the design and MBE growth of III-V avalanche photodiodes using digital alloy materials. After graduating, he joined NIST as a postdoctoral scholar.
