Harold was a Cornell University undergraduate who spent Summer 2015 in the group as an NNIN REU. He studied the optical characteristics of AlInAsSb digital alloys films using photoluminescence and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. After graduating he became a Ph.D. student at the California Institute of Technology (Cal. Tech)
